Ionizing Nozzles

Ionizing air nozzles produce high-velocity air flow which cleans a surface and at the same time neutralises static charge.

The nozzles use compressed air input and give an ionized air output used to prevent static build up, sheet sticking, dust attraction, dust build up and dust attraction during manufacturing processes.
 
The nozzles are small and compact to provide static neutralisation and cleaning in a wide range of applications.

Both DC Ion-Balanced (24VDC supply) and AC nozzles (external HV power supply) with shockless emitter pins are available with a range of applicators producing direct air jet, spray ionizing air, ring solution, in-line applicators, spot, inside bottle applicators and many more.
 
Additional features include connection to control stations and IQ Manager for full control and monitoring.
